Assisted Living
Enjoy the familiar comfort of your own residence, with a little extra help where you need it. Assisted living offers support for activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and dining.
Memory Care
Each resident receives a customized care plan, which involves innovative therapy methods and plenty of support. Our memory care services emphasize healthy living, security, and dignity for those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Intermediate Nursing Care
If you or your loved one needs more support than independent living but less than skilled nursing care, we have specialized residences to provide just that. Our caregivers are dedicated to providing patient-centered and personalized care.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation provides treatment for those who are recovering from an operation or illness. Our interdisciplinary team provides comprehensive care services to help you and your loved one recuperate as soon as possible.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing offers round-the-clock licensed nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs. A multidisciplinary team provides personalized treatment to promote healing and holistic well-being.

What if you could have convenient care close to home without worrying about the cost? It might sound too good to be true, but it’s not—it’s Life Care.
When you choose our Life Care contract, you’ll have access to the full Continuum of Care with virtually no increase* to your Monthly Fee. The plan is comprehensive: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing, plus access to Rehabilitation and Hospice Care. We provide it all, right on-site. And our team of state-licensed and certified caregivers are the best and most dedicated folks around.
Forgive us for saving one of the best facts for last, but there’s one more thing. As a not-for-profit Life Care community, you’re guaranteed access to services even if your financial resources or retirement savings are exhausted. This helps take away any worry of losing access to care or putting financial strain on your family.
*Upon permanent transition to a higher level of care for any Independent Living resident, the monthly fee will adjust to a rate equal to the then current Birch apartment monthly fee plus the cost of two additional meals.
