You’ll have access to Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care (including Alzheimer’s and dementia care), Short-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Nursing, and Hospice. So whether you need a helping hand or longer-term assistance, we’ve got you covered.

 

Your entry fee provides you with the following conveniences and benefits for the duration of your time here:

• Lifetime use of your apartment
• Use and enjoyment of all our common spaces
• Priority access to licensed healthcare services, should you ever need them
• Healthcare services provided at no Monthly Fee increase, with the exception of your additional meals

 

To make Life Care even more appealing, we offer a range of entrance fee options designed to fit your financial needs while preserving your estate for your family. Our flexible contract choices allow you to select the best plan for your long-term goals.

•     The Traditional Plan requires the lowest upfront investment. If you choose to move from the community, you may receive a partial refund of your original entrance fee based on your length of residency.
  
•     The 50% Refundable Plan guarantees that at least 50% of your initial entrance fee will be refunded to you or your estate, regardless of how long you reside at The Neighborhood. This refund applies once the initial financial obligations of the residency agreement have been fulfilled, offering added peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

There’s no need to be separated from your spouse if one or both of you need different levels of care. Our convenient on-site care communities allow couples to stay on campus and continue to live a full life, no matter what level of care you or your loved one is receiving.

If the time comes and you do need additional care, you’ll be in the hands of one of the best medical teams around. Our state-licensed and state-certified skilled and intermediate nursing care center provides innovative and personalized services. 

Through the not-for-profit Full Life Foundation, you’re guaranteed access to services even if financial resources or retirement savings are exhausted. This assurance removes the worry of losing access to care or putting financial strain on your family. 

 

*Upon permanent transition to a higher level of care for any Independent Living resident, the monthly fee will adjust to a rate equal to the then current Birch apartment monthly fee plus the cost of two additional meals.
